White Birch Manor is extremely proud to present its very own highly experienced and professional catering service. Award-winning Head Chef, Symon Gallagher, has a wealth of experience, a whole raft of menus up his sleeve and a tonne of fresh new exciting ideas to bring to the table!

Using fresh, seasonal and locally sourced organic ingredients, and where possible from our own orchards and gardens, you can be guaranteed a culinary experience that will dazzle the senses. Food presented so beautifully you’ll just have to take a photo of it; fragrances and aromas that heighten your taste buds before you’ve even taken a bite; and exquisite flavours of the highest quality served in the most mouth-watering way.

Special dietary requirements are part of our regular menus and are considered more ‘the norm’ than ‘an afterthought’. There are no compromises because food should always be an experience and most definitely enjoyed!
